to the Fox Ridge Services Inc. Tips and Referrals page. Timely
information is a valuable commodity in the recruiting business.
If you furnish us with tips or referrals that lead directly
to the placement of engineers or CAD designers with our existing
or new clients, we will pay you a finder's fee as described
below. You do not have to be an engineer or CAD designer to
participate in the Fox Ridge Services, Inc. Tips and Referrals
Program; everyone is eligible to participate.
The following
type of information concerning companies that use engineers
and CAD designers is of interest to us:

New
companies or companies we do not know about, companies
moving or expanding their facilities, companies launching
a major hiring campaign, companies that have won a major
contract(s), companies being bought, etc. |

Layoffs
including strong rumors of layoffs, companies closing,
companies being sold, etc. |

Although
we have an extensive database of engineers and CAD designers,
our database includes only a small percentage of available people
with these skills. If you are the first to refer an engineer
or CAD designer to us and we place that person within one year
of the date of your referral, we will pay you a finder's fee.
A referral that includes permission to use your name as the
referrer is far more valuable to us than a "keep me out of it"
referral. If we do not have permission to use your name, the
finder's fee will be one half the amount shown below. If we
already have the person you refer in our database, we will not
pay you a finder's fee. You must include contact information
for each referral (either a phone number or the name and location
of the company where employed). Submitting referrals against
specific job listings on our web site will increase the likelihood
of our placing your referral and paying you a finder's fee.

The finder's fee will be paid at the end of the referrals first
90 days of employment. If the person leaves or is terminated
during the first 90 days, we will not pay a finder's fee.

The finder's fee will be paid at the end of the referrals first
60 days of employment. If the contract is for less than 60 days
or the person leaves or is terminated during the first 60 days,
we will not pay a finder's fee.
Fox Ridge Services Inc. reserves the right to modify or cancel
the Tips and Referrals program at any time without notice. In
this event, we will honor any outstanding finder's fees for
referrals placed prior to the date of the modification or cancellation
and will pay them in accordance with the above schedule.
